Robert Clarkson I was born and raised in middle Tennessee, and grew up near College Grove (about
30mi south of Nashville). I'm the father of five children( Lori, Joey, Sara,
Robert Jr, and Christina), and the husband of a wonderful loving wife
(Paula). I'm a U.S. Army veteran of four years (1989-1993). I served in
Korea, Ft Carson, CO. and Daharan Saudi Arabia. I continue to support the
military in every way possible. Reminding myself daily that the freedom of our
country depends on the service men and women worldwide. I have loved to sing all my life and am thrilled to have had the
chance to record a CD with KMA records. The quality of the CD speaks for itself
and I could never thank those who help me get here enough. home.earthlink.net/~rlclarkson
Jim Hurst Born in Middlesboro,
Kentucky, Jim Hurst was raised in a home of "down-home values" from mother
Frances Hurst and musical influences from his father Ed Hurst, uncle Eldin
Hurst, and later his older brother Al. Years earlier, Jim's family had migrated
to Toledo, Ohio, but were visiting in Kentucky when Jim was born. "I guess my
timing was right, I'm proud to be a Kentuckian" Jim said. Although Jim lived and
went to school in Toledo, he spent most of his summers in the mountains of
Kentucky and Tennessee. www.jimhurst.com
